Snapdragon 888 SoC

The Oppo X3 Pro features Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 888 SoC. It’s a powerful 5G SoC that consistently delivers smooth system performance.

The processor has a Kryo 680 CPU and an Adreno 660 GPU, offering up to 35 percent faster graphics rendering and 20 percent improved power efficiency compared to the Snapdragon 865. It also features on-device security from the Secure Processing Unit, and Qualcomm Trusted Execution Environment.

The X3 Pro also sports a 6.7-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED display with HDR10+ certification, genuine 10-bit color support, and a 120Hz refresh rate. However, Oppo has chosen to make the display’s refresh mode dynamic – varying from 10Hz to 120Hz depending on what’s happening on the screen – to conserve battery power.

Dual rear cameras

OPPO’s flagship Find X3 Pro takes the best of its predecessor, adding a quad-camera system and a punch-hole selfie camera to make it an all-around winner. The cameras feature a 50MP primary sensor, an ultra-wide angle camera, a 13MP telephoto zoom lens, and a 3MP microlens snapper.

The X3 Pro’s design is exciting, with the rear camera hump encircling the imaging hardware to create an optical illusion. It’s also IP68-certified, which means it can survive a 30-minute immersion in 1.5 meters of water.

The screen is a real show stopper, displaying one billion colors and boasting 800 nits of brightness. It’s also a unique “Full-Path Color Management System” that ensures photos, videos, and files don’t lose quality when displayed on the phone.

Fast charging

OPPO packs in some of the fastest wired and wireless charging technologies, along with a quad-camera setup, cutting-edge processor, and a full-path 10-bit color management system to help you take the best shots possible.

The X3 Pro comes with 65W fast charging capability in the box, which should be enough to bring a dead battery back to 40% in under 10 minutes. It’s also supported by 30W AirVOOC wireless flash charging, which can help you keep the battery topped up without using any USB ports.

ColorOS

ColorOS is Oppo’s custom Android skin that runs on top of the latest version of Google’s operating system. This includes customization options, such as changing system-wide fonts, colors, and sounds.

OPPO has a close relationship with Google, resulting in the timely delivery of updates for its phones. Its flagship devices get more frequent updates than mass and mid-market models.

The new ColorOS 13 brings several changes and features to the OS. It also has many optimizations and tweaks to enhance security, privacy, and battery life. It also adds a Meeting Assistant feature that simplifies banner notifications during meetings.
